Art of Hosting
We aspire to a future where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to act.
We believe that a core part of the path forward lies in nurturing our innate human capacity for meaningful connection and skillful conversation.
A three-day immersive facilitation training.
This training is designed as a practice space that will allow us to move beyond the status quo and build the courage and skills needed to lead through collaboration. A space to invite more voices to lead and identify practical steps needed for change. Whether you are working in community organizing, government, or business, you will learn practical frameworks to:
Host conversations that lead to collective clarity and wise action.
Navigate conflict and differing perspectives with care.
Apply core methods like World Café, Open Space Technology, and Chaordic Design.
Build a Community of Practice here in Atlantic Canada to support long-term change.
The core question guiding our training:
“How can we build trust and relationships across our differences for meaningful change to take root, grow, and flourish?”
